"The stage setting and costumes were fantastic, the choreography was fantastic as well. The big disappointment was the sound. The dialogue was hard to understand at times and the words to the songs were mostly not understandable. Also, was a bit disappointed that the Circle of Life at the end was cut extremely short. I really looked forward to this performance but was a bit disappointed. I love that song and hoped it would be done closer to what was done in the movie.
The parking garage, as usual, was a mess at The Majestic Theater. The design of this parking lot is poor and gridlock results when you have both incoming and outgoing traffic. It took us an hour to get out of the garage. The Majestic Theater is always a great venue. Even worse this time than usual, as there was a lot going on downtown and after the matinee there were people both coming in an going out."
